Update.Map design is now 75% and triggers 15% (this from my estimation of 1000 triggers, which probably wont be true in the end anyway )Also, I've made a short teaser (SWS exclusive of course). There are some spelling mistakes, mainly caused by quick keyboard hitting, but it's fully playable. Probably my highest triggers-per-minute rate yet, 150 triggers for about 20 minutes of gameplay It's still a beta. there's no instructions or so, no bitmap etc. Play on fast speed, if you play. Link.

On hold at the moment, but not abandoned, I just need to do some serious planning to make sure everything will actually work out as I want it to.

No progress currently, I'm awaiting BJ's report before I start doing another big update. Plus I have a lot of filming to do the coming weeks, and after that there'll be a load of important tests in school. I'll try to get some time to work on this as well though

*Bump* It delights me to inform you that Gwyndlegard is back on track again, after yet another period of complete lack of inspiration. Having spent a few hours ironing out some of the last major bugs I know of, including the building of the bridge problem, Gwyndlegard is at last approaching completion! Tomorrow I shall spend the day going through all the text in the entire scenario and correcting grammar and spelling, as well as playing through the entire game (should take about 7-8 hours) and fix any smaller bugs or problems that are sure to pop up. After that, it should be ready for a final playtesting round. This is why I need your attention; anyone feel like playtesting?

If you haven't read it over at AoKH yet, Gwyndlegard is now finally finished and will be released this Saturday.

Hurry!
The sudden spike in activity has inspired me to do some work this weekend. I am making updates to Modworkshop and Trigger script editor.

Neat. Speaking of the Trigger Script Editor, how the world do you edit the .xml file once you're exported it?

Neat. Speaking of the Trigger Script Editor, how the world do you edit the .xml file once you're exported it? Any random text editor? Even the humble notepad will do the trick.. If you get stuff like Notepad++, the tags will show in different colors and it's really easy.

Five hours playing? That's a bit much, I guess I'll do it over several days. Will download now

Thanks Mashek. Five hours is quite fast I'd say. It generally took me 7-8 hours to finish it. But then I didn't rush the B&D part all too much, didn't want the AI on me constantly. The one I used had different colours and such, but I could only look at the text not edit it. Oh well, I'll try opening it in some non-Microsoft's standard program, perhaps that'll do the trick.

Basse this is an excellent game. I just finished the seige on the big city. A couple of errors:
-the lost monk converted to green while going to the island prison and didnt convert back -selenir's troops seemed to do nothing during the seige, they just stood there. -there's an annoying old engineer who says shit whenever my villagers go there to chop wood.

Thanks! The first one I've heard of and I'll get that fixed. The second I tried to fix but apparently they're still as useless. Will have that fixed too. About the engineer... well he's supposed to be a little annoying, but perhaps I should change his talking into two-three different lines and then he shuts up?

I downloaded this earlier and I'm playing through it. So far it seems to be exactly how it was when I play-tested it. It's good but a little buggy. I'll probably review it, and I'm thinking that based on the old version I'm most likely to give it a 4.8 with the 4 being in creativity. But we'll see.

Basse, I must confess to being very confused. This version so far (I'm at Aienborg) seems identical to the one I play-tested you. Can you tell me some or any of the differences I should have enoucntered and how I can tell I am in fact playing the right file?

Hum. Check if there's a Joan the Maid just north of Pumpkindon, by the river, named Isabelle. If there is, you have the right version. Her lil' side quest (albeit rather pointless) was one of the last things I added in.

Okay, I think that review I just posted referred to an old version. Please ignore it, although hopefully it will contrast with my final review and make you glad you did so much playtesting. I'll let Mashek know.

Hey Basse, I've edited it to my new review of 4.6. The interesting thing is that it could be marked down on almost every area, but on the whole I felt it would eat too much into what I think is a fair final total of 4.6 given that it's pretty good overall.
I did appreciate the additional shortcuts and things you added in to cut down on walking, so although I didn't mention them don't think they were wasted!

Thanks. Hope you have better reasons to rate down this time than "Gee, this ol' test version sure sucks."
