I'm torn between believing you thought it was a good idea to have a ship named after plants or whether you just Bassified it.

Actually, I have part of the map (just the mountain in the center). It looked like an interesting beginning.

Thanks. I think it could've become good, I like the original story I made up. It was part of a series of parallel campaigns bundled up under the oh so creative title 'The Age of Heroes'. The idea was good, the result wasn't quite as good, seeing as this was before I discovered AoKH. This remake was intended as just to spruce up the landscape a bit, leaving the story more or less intact and not adding to much side stuff, which unfortunately made sure I quickly lost interest since I had such huge spaces to fill up. But who knows, I might make a new remake one day. I should mention though that the original was a fullfledged 7 scenario campaign, so it'd take some time to remake.

I don't see the rest of you putting your old maps on display.

Sadly, my very newbie games I made got delted when my dad erased the hard drive when my dad sold his computer. I remember a couple i made that i remember were quite good. Map design was newbie like but that was when I really got into triggers. LOL, I remember when I was impressed that I could make a booby trap that when you entered an are filled with hidden Monkey boys the gate behind you locked and changed ownership so you died. My best newbie scenario was a scenario that was free roam. You started as a teen boy who just graduated from school as was presented with the choices in life. You could take a girl out, marry her, join a local gang and rob the bank, and if you touched a girl to much she got so annoyed that she'd go to the guard and he'd take you to prison to serve your sentence. There was other things like fireworks and escaping from prison etc... *Sad*, Wish I still had it.........

This thread itself is now of a grand age. It was posted roughly at the halfway point between the release of Sabato Returns and the present day. Does anyone have anything to share? HockeySam, perhaps?

I could probably upload the whole of the ADOC campaign, if anyone would be interested to have glance at this never-finished, humongous, bugged monstrosity.

Here we go: www.mediafire.com/download/cx2clluz2k8ohdx/ADOC.zipThis includes everything I ever did on the campaign, i.e. the first 10 scenarios (at first out of 20, later cut down to 14), plus the final unfinished scenario "The Last Stand". This is not the last stand of the main hero/villain mind you (there isn't really a single main villain), but of two semi-serious villains. There are also two versions of the first playable scenario: one really old and extremely dull and boring, and one not-too-shabby-all-things-considered remake from 2007-08. It also includes two extra scenarios by the same name, "1) Berleon's Vision", which was my attempt to remake the whole campaign sometime in 2009. As you can tell, it never went very far. Oh, and there's 38 MBs of music. Several of the pieces likely crash the game, particularily in the opening cinematic, so you can just skip that one using i r winner if you like.

Haha. The "old computer" is long gone and, with it, any files it once contained
