Ok screw that. Just check if you have java installed or not, 99% that will be the problem
Do java -version in a command prompt to see if you have java.

I have Java Version 6 Update 24, which means that the 1% remaining is the problem. Any more ideas?

Tried it. Displays an invalid Win32 file error. I guess it just won't work in Windows 7 64-Bit. Java always screwed up in it.

Hey watson, can you try the following:
Navigate to the Sources folder in trigeditor
Run javac *.java
Then try again.

I even ran a search, and no Javac * shows up in the whole of the trigeditor folder.

I assure you that I have tried it quite a few times, and Search has turned up just a few other java files. To double check, I've even re-downloaded the file which in it's turn contains no javac *.java too.
Perhaps you'd care to email it to me?

Ok I give up. you'll just have to accept that it doesn't work on Win 64.

Ok, damn it, I'm going to have one more try.
javac *.java does not refer to a file. javac is a command, which invokes the java compiler. *.java refers to all files which have a .java as the extension. Look inside the sources directory. There are lots of java files. Therefore this command is telling the java compiler to compile all the java files there.
C:\blah> cd Sources C:\blah\Sources> javac *.java
I don't understand. It was so much simpler to explain it to Kor over emails.
